We need to do something first.
1. Plug in your pen drive
2. Press the (windows key + R), then type cmd
3. Command prompt will open then type your pen drive letter such as C: , D: , F: ,whatever your letter. in my case my pen drive letter is D:
4. Then type " del *.lnk " and hit Enter (without double quotes)
